Today I have bought a brand new pair of glasses from Ermenegildo Zegna. The consultant was very polite and was happy to help with the selection of glasses. I can confidently recommend this store and will definitely come back here during my next visit to Venice!

Everybody, DO NOT BUY FROM OUTLY in Venice!!! As they are real SCAMMERS!! They promised us a tax back but never gave it back! Their system was ‘down’ when I bought from them! But the seller on the day told us to leave our email address annd even took my passport number, she said she will send us a tax form confirmation after 2 hours! A day later - still no email, so we went back to the shop on the 22/08/2023 at about 6pm. And NEVER in my life met a VERY RUDE HORRIBLE SELLER who’s got a bad attitude. My partner told her the situation and she answered "what do you want me to do?!" And even rudely saying "wanna do it yourself on the computer"… surprisingly their system was still down! I said we wouldn’t had bought from them if I knew we wouldn’t get our tax back, so I said fine I’ll just return the items I bought. She goes her manager CANNOT do refunds- they can just exchange! Cos their system is ‘down’. Funny cos they can do transaction with receiving money and exchanging but can’t refund?!! SCAM!!!!! Also they’re saying they have no Wi-Fi but she was communicating with her manager through WhatsApp (that needs Wi-Fi?!!) everyone, OUTLY IN VENICE are scammers!!! Not only that but VERY RUDE SELLER that day and very poor service! She gave us a bad attitude, she should NOTbe working as a seller!!! And OUTLY is just pure scammers!!!!!!
