The young man and the older lady working there have terrible attitudes and arrogance. I came to take an ATM annual pass. They randomly snap at people. We’re only there to get something done, for which they get paid. I don’t know why they recruit the worst of the worst to serve people.
I went in person twice to make an appointment but they told me to making an appointment is only via email but they never responded to any emails!
While I had to wait 3 weeks for my appointment, the actual service was very fast and without any issues
I took my ATM card, here. We had all the communications via email. Today I just picked up my card. A pretty girl in the ground floor talked perfectly with me in English. 🥰 I hope one day we can do everything online in all offices, without wasting time and energy.
